Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card a year after. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from the stage following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. In October 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place during the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. First, she warms up prior to moving into exercises. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight and another heavy weight day.
